I led a team of 6 designers, 2 videographers and 2 copywriters, ensuring that the creative led back to the overall strategy and look and feel. We were advised by the client not to adjust their existing design style while still creating something fresh and innovative. We played on the 'corporate memphis' design style to tow the line of professionalism in a way that would appeal to Gen Z.
THE ASK: 
Increase unaided consideration of Indeed, specifically amongst Gen Z.
PROBLEM: 
Gen Z doesn’t feel a strong connection with Indeed– and other job-search platforms are on the hunt to take the number one spot of the most considered job search site. 
INSIGHT: 
Job hunting can often feel like an endless stream of dead-ends and positions that aren’t right– which leaves Gen Z disillusioned with the entire process. Luckily, Indeed supports Gen Z’s desire to search for something better.
STRATEGY:
With Indeed, your job search is only about you. It’s about connecting you with jobs that fit all your needs, no matter how specific. No more comparing yourself to others or staying in jobs that aren’t right. If you want to leave, do it. You’re the boss.
…Just don’t tell your boss we said that.
